- If certificate is emailed, the email address must be linked to the PayPal account.
Though it only takes a few minutes to sign up for a PayPal account, the recipient may not wish to do so. In that case we will refund the cost of the certificate to the purchaser and another may be purchased over the phone (410-800-8882). To redeem a gift certificate purchased over the phone, orders must also be placed by phone.
